We need to come together as a community of strong women looking to be stronger together and independently. Having a support system of each other is so powerful and I’m excited for you to be a part of it!  We always end each 8-week session with the ‘F&M Social’ where we all get together outside of the fitness class and just build relationships while sharing our triumphs and struggles in a relaxed environment.
