How Long Have You Been Teaching Fitness? I started off as a gym rat and then joined many boot camps and other groups…I have been working out with F&M almost since inception and recently became an instructor with the awesome mentoring of Nadine, F&M’s creator!
What Are Your Interests? Working hard and seeing results! Spending time with my awesome family! Discovering daily what makes me happy!
Tell Us Some Of Your Hobbies: Reading, bike riding and just hanging out.
What Is Your Favourite Food? A great steak and fresh salad…don’t forget the cheese and olives on the salad!
And Your Favourite Snack? Olives!!!! I can eat them by the jar!
Favourite Exercise: Tabata is my favorite style of workout but my favourite exercises would be pushups and bicep curls..
How Do You Like To Inspire Others: Leading by example and encouraging others to do what makes them happy.

What to Bring
- Workout clothes
- Appropriate running shoes
- Water bottle
- 3 - 5lb hand weights (ie: dumbbells)
- Yoga mat
- And a ‘can do’ attitude
You will also be emailed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par Q) and a waiver which must be printed and filled out to participate in the class.
What to eat before a class
- Lots of water
- Whole grain toast and peanut butter
- Fruit and veggies – These are quick and easy for those on the go
- Nuts – preferably almonds
Remember ladies, these are just a few options, but you want everything absorbed into your body before class….or it will sneak up on you, if you know what I mean! ;)
