How Long Have You Been Teaching Fitness? I've been a trainer for over 5 years and teaching classes for 1.5 years
What Are Your Interests? Fitness, Field Hockey, Ball Hockey, Kickboxing, Wakeboarding
Tell Us Some Of Your Hobbies: In the summer I love to go to my cottage and work on my wakeboarding and swimming. In the winter I love to snowmobile. Always watching sports (hockey, baseball, and right now the Olympics)
What Is Your Favourite Food? Fruit of any kind
And Your Favourite Snack? Banana, Mango, Spinach Fruit Smoothie
Favourite Exercise: Squats of all kinds
How Do You Like To Inspire Others: By motivating them and always being there for them. Positive energy is a big factor

What to Bring
- Workout clothes
- Appropriate running shoes
- Water bottle
- 3 - 5lb hand weights (ie: dumbbells)
- Yoga mat
- And a ‘can do’ attitude
You will also be emailed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par Q) and a waiver which must be printed and filled out to participate in the class.
What to eat before a class
- Lots of water
- Whole grain toast and peanut butter
- Fruit and veggies – These are quick and easy for those on the go
- Nuts – preferably almonds
- Smoothie
- Oatmeal
Remember ladies, these are just a few options, but you want everything absorbed into your body before class….or it will sneak up on you, if you know what I mean! ;)
