Burlington
There are two things that everyone from Burlington knows about this great city; first, it is one of the best places in Canada to live. Second, there’s a reason that they call it Girlington – We have amazing ladies! One way to ensure that both of those things are always true is to stay healthy and renew your mind. Being part of a community based on health, fitness and fun is the perfect place to start…
F&M Burlington is very pleased to have Nadine Charbonneau as your Trainer. Here’s her deets:
How Long Have You Been Teaching Fitness? My whole life I have actively been involved in sports and fitness but I have been teaching for over 5 years.
What Are Your Interests? Good food, working out, music, dancing, family and friends, reading and finding ways to be inspired!
Tell Us Some Of Your Hobbies: Snowboarding, anything outdoors really!
What Is Your Favourite Food? Italian trumps all but I also like a good steak!
And Your Favourite Snack? Cheese and crackers...you can add a pickle too ;)
Favourite Exercise: Oh...so many to choose from. Burpees and cardio/strength training combos.
How Do You Like To Inspire Others: I like to inspire with compassion and understanding first and foremost. Knowledge is key to execution. All 3 are a killer combo for success.
Any other helpful information?
Staying positive and working towards a goal keeps me focused.
