1) How do I sign up?

Please click the "Sign Up Now" button, choose your class option. You can resgister with either a PayPal account or any major credit card.

2) Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes you can! Please click the "Sign Up Now" button, choose your class option and click "check out". All credit card options are available for you to choose from.

3) What if I miss a class?

We have one make up class for every 8-week period.

4) Can a beginner join?

Yes please! We encourage it and welcome you with open arms. You will be comfortable and fit right in!

5) Do you provide modifications for injury recovery or different fitness levels?

Yes! Please make me aware of your injury ahead of time and I will be happy to demonstrate different modifications for you. There will be modifications for exercises and movement for all fitness levels. Don’t worry!

6) Do we work out to music?

Of course we do! We will have a variety of music each week to motivate you and get your buns working.

7) Will I be sore?

Here’s what I know, most of the women who join F&M haven’t worked out in quite some time or are new to the fitness world. So in a nut shell, yes, different muscle groups may experience soreness. After each class you will be instructed what to do and eat to prevent and heal muscle soreness.

9) What if it is raining outside the night of class?

The good news is we will be indoors from January – April, so we don’t have to worry about that. For all other months, if at 5pm the day of class the Weather Network is calling for Thundershowers, class will be cancelled and rescheduled….otherwise, get your buns to class! I will be sure to text and email out the notification by 5pm. If you use neither of these technological advancements, just give me a shout!

10) Do classes run outdoors?

Yes! Classes will run outdoors from May – November

11) Do classes run indoors?

Also Yes! Classes run indoors from January – April

12) Do you offer private training?

Yes! If you prefer one-on-one work to a group setting, I can help you with that too. Please email me at Nadine@funandmentalfitness.com for further details.

13) Are you certified?

I sure am. I am certified a Fitness Trainer as well as a level 1 Kick Boxing trainer. I also have current First Aid/CPR certification as well.

14) What is your refund policy?

You can cancel anytime for a full refund up until 7 days before our class start date.
