Hi, my name is Nadine Charbonneau and welcome to Fun & Mental Fitness! F&M was something I created as a new way to help women feel great about themselves, not just physically, but spiritually and mentally too. I have put together a combination of exercise, nutrition, and education that we will have a great time doing. The key however is teaching you the fundamentals of an all-around healthy lifestyle. Although personal training and boot-camp classes teach you many great things, this is MUCH MORE than that.
I have developed this program over the last few years and have provided hundreds of clients with life-changing results. Our programs are designed in a group fitness environment just for women. We spend the lovely Canadian winter months indoors and enjoy the beautiful outdoors during the warmer months.
I have been a certified Fitness Trainer in the GTA for the last 4 years. I have found that educating myself on new, effective and fun techniques is so important to keeping classes challenging and enjoyable. As a level 1 Fitness Kick Boxing trainer, marathon runner and former boot camp teacher, my diverse background has been a key to my success, and the success of my classes. I take the best things you will learn from many different training sessions and roll them into one action packed class!

While developing this program, I thought it would be very beneficial to my clients to create the ‘F&M Social’. At the end of every 8 week session, we will get together for an evening outside of the fitness class to talk, build relationships and share each other triumphs and challenges in a relaxed environment.
